Réussir ses entretiens professionnels

Présentation

L’Entretien Professionnel est une rencontre obligatoire et régulière entre un représentant de l’employeur et les salariés de l’entreprise. Complètement distinct de l’entretien annuel, l’entretien professionnel a été instauré par la loi sur la réforme de la formation de mars 2014. Il n’a cessé de se renforcer au cours des différentes évolutions légales, pour en faire un rendez-vous incontournable. 

Cette rencontre doit être planifiée tous les deux ans et aboutir au moins une fois tous les 6 ans un entretien bilan, sous peine de sanctions. Considéré comme étant un jalon important dans leur parcours professionnel, les salariés sont invités à évoquer leurs perspectives d’évolution professionnelle : changement de poste, mobilité, promotion, besoins en formation…

Conduit de manière objective et réfléchie c’est un véritable outil de management au service de la performance individuelle et collective, en lien avec votre politique RH et votre GPEC.
